Karen has a great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really clear, enjoyable, and informative course.
Licensed drivers form a crucial part in safeguarding vulnerable people, by being the eyes and ears of the community, providing potentially important information to authorities. The training focused on identifying and correctly reporting safeguarding issues, our licensed drivers came away with clear knowledge of this, which is crucial helping safeguard our local communities.
